8 oz of Herbal Tea Concentrate

Snacks

2 Boiled Eggs
Steamed Broccoli
8 oz of 1% Milk
Kashi Go Lean Cereal
16 oz of Water

Dinner

Baked Fish
Steamed Broccoli
1 Multivitamin Tablet
16 oz of Water

Exercise

I Walked 2.4 Miles Around Lake Elkhorn
