Lunch

Baked Potato
Green Beans

1 Cell Activator Tablet

Dinner

Herbalife Protein Shake
16 oz of Water
1 Multivitamin Tablet

Snacks

Strawberry Greek Yogurt
1 Mango
1 Papaya
1 Banana
Fun Size Peanut M&Ms
16 oz of Water

Exercise


Burned 300 Calories on Elliptical
20 Overhead Presses (30 lbs)
50 Crunches
20 Glute Ham Raises per Leg (30 lbs)
