My Weight Loss Journal: Day 13

I had a fun filled day with family and friends. First, I fellowshipped with my Destiny Christian Church Family. Then, I celebrated Memorial Day Holiday with my family and friends. Of course, there was a lot of food choices, however, I am pleased to say that I did great! I chose to eat certain foods in moderation. In addition, I had my two meal replacements today! If you all can remember, I missed one of my protein shakes on last Sunday. I Am Very Proud of Myself! :-) 

Breakfast

Lunch

32 oz of Water

1 Cell Activator Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Aminogen Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet

Dinner

Grilled BBQ Chicken
Corn on the Cob
Macaroni Salad 
Water Melon
16 oz of Water
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet

Snacks

Pistachios
Mixed Fruit Cup
Herbalife Chocolate Protein Drink Milk
Carrots
Spinach
Banana
Strawberries
16 oz of Water
