My Weight Loss Journal: Day 3

Today was very difficult for me! I had many cravings that suddenly bombarded me. I found that I could not fight off all of these food desires. Therefore, I chose a snack that I truly LOVE, Peanut M&Ms! I did not get the Family Size Pack that I normally would; I downgraded to a single serving pack. This made me very HAPPY! In addition, I wanted fried chicken. Instead of going over board with eating many pieces, I just ate one piece. Hopefully, these choices will not have a negative impact on my weight loss goal!


Breakfast

Protein Shake
(Herbalife Formula 1 Meal Replacement w/ PDM added)
16 oz of Water
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell Activator Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Aminogen Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet

* I decided to Drink my Herbal Tea Concentrate after My Workout Today!


Today's Workout Regimen!

30 Minutes of Cardio
50 Crunches
Exercised with 5 lb Weights


Snacks

16 oz of Herbalife Chicken Soup w/ 3 eggs added
16 oz of Iced Cold Herbal Tea Concentrate
8 oz of Water
1 Pack of Peanut M&Ms


Lunch

Protein Shake

Dinner

Yellow Rice

1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
