My Weight Loss Journal: Day 6

Breakfast

* Unfortunately, I did not have breakfast today. I had a very chaotic morning preparing for church. I did not have time to do breakfast! :-( 

Lunch

32 oz of Water
Fruit salad
Coleslaw 
2 Chicken Wings

Dinner

Protein Shake
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell Activator Tablet
32 oz of Water

I will better prepare for next Sunday!
