My Weight Loss Journal: Day 5

Today Was Great! I had a wonderful time with family. Of course, there was a variety of delicious, tempting food to eat. However, I chose moderate portions of certain food. I noticed that I couldn't finish all of my food because I was satisfied. The protein increase in my diet has curved my appetite. I am continuing my journey with Motivation, Determination, and Excitement! I am expecting to maintain a healthy lifestyle with nutritious eating habits by the end of my weight loss journey.


Breakfast 

Protein Shake w/ Personalized Protein Powder added
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell Activator Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Aminogen Tablet


Snack

Strawberry/Banana Greek Yogurt
Celery
Spinach
Banana
Strawberries
2 Tablespoons of Banana Pudding

Lunch

Protein Shake w/ Personalized Protein Powder added
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell Activator Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Aminogen Tablet

Dinner

1 Piece of Grilled BBQ Chicken 
Green Beans w/ Carrots
Coleslaw
Seafood Salad
Cream Spinach

* I ATE VERY SMALL PORTIONS OF THE COLESLAW, SEAFOOD SALAD, AND CREAM SPINACH! I BECAME FULL FAST!

Exercise

50 crunches
25 squats 
30 Jumping Jacks 
4 five minute intervals of Jogging in Place
