Today, I focused on more Protein Intake!!! :-) 

Breakfast

Personalized Herbalife Protein Shake
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell Activator Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet
1 Aminogen Tablet
 16 oz of Water

Lunch

Turkey Sandwich (Rye Bread)
1 Slice of Swiss Cheese
Sauerkraut
16 oz of Water
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell Activator Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Aminogen Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet

Snacks

Greek Yogurt
1 Cup of Greens
Salad w/ 2 Grilled Chicken Tenderloins
2 TBS of Lite Ranch Dressing
Herbalife Protein Based Beverage Mix Blended w/Fresh Mixed Fruit, Water, & Ice
32 oz of Water
1 small pack of Unsalted Almonds

Dinner

Personalized Protein Shake
32 oz of Water
8 oz of Herbal Tea Concentrate
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet

Exercise

1.5 miles on Treadmill
25 Leg Curls
25 Leg Raises
