My Weight Loss Journal: Day 2

Today I struggled with my fruit and vegetable intake, along with reaching my daily protein value. The Protein Shakes really curved my appetite. I will continue to work towards achieving these goals. I am still motivated and excited about reaching my goal weight! :-) 

Breakfast


Protein Shake
(Herbalife Formula 1 Meal Replacement w/ Protein Drink Mix Added)
16 oz Herbal Concentrate Tea
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell Activator Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet
1 Aminogen Tablet



Snacks

1 Serving of True North Almond Pecan Cashew Clusters
16 oz of Water
Banana
Rice Krispies
8 oz of 1% Milk


Lunch

6 Crabs
16 oz Cup of Green Beans
16 oz of Water
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell Activator Tablet
1 Aminogen Tablet
 1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet

Dinner

Protein Shake 
(Formula 1 Meal Replacement w/ PDM added)
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell-U-Loss Tablet
1 Total Control Tablet
32 oz of Water
