Today, my schedule was totally thrown off! I was very tired and needed to catch up on some much needed sleep! I did my Protein Shake for breakfast as usual, but, I did not take my tablets or Herbal Tea Concentrate. After drinking my shake, I fell asleep and did not wake up until 3:00 p.m. I ate a snack and took my tablets that I missed during breakfast. I had a late lunch and dinner. I had my second protein shake very late. I did not make it to the fitness center, however, I did workout in my living room to P90X.
