Breakfast

1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell Activator Tablet
16 oz of Water

Lunch

Protein Shake
1 Multivitamin Tablet
1 Cell Activator Tablet
16 oz of Water

Dinner

1 Baked Chicken Leg
Steamed Green Beans
Half Baked Potato
24 oz of Water
1 Multivitamin Tablet 

Snacks

Tortilla Chips
Veggie Burger 
1 Slice of Provolone Cheese
2 Slices of Wheat Bread
Fruit Salad
Fresh Spinach
Mushrooms
Greek Yogurt
16 oz of Herbalife Lift Off

Exercise

35 Minutes on Treadmill ( Burned 281 Calories)
20 Minutes on Elliptical ( Burned 200 Calories)
