My Weight Loss Journey: Day 20
I enjoyed my day fellowshipping with my Destiny Christian Church Family. I am very happy that this is the second chaotic Sunday that I was able to intake both of my Protein Shakes. I am also developing more self control as I walk on this journey. For example, I went to Golden Corral for lunch with my hubby, and when you look below, you will see that I made healthy food choices. This was a major accomplishment for me because the "Old Tyra" would've eaten a bit of everything, just because it was accessible to me. I am very proud of myself! I look forward to many more positive accomplishments. :-)

I had a fun filled day with family and friends. First, I fellowshipped with my Destiny Christian Church Family. Then, I celebrated Memorial Day Holiday with my family and friends. Of course, there was a lot of food choices, however, I am pleased to say that I did great! I chose to eat certain foods in moderation. In addition, I had my two meal replacements today! If you all can remember, I missed one of my protein shakes on last Sunday. I Am Very Proud of Myself! :-)

Today Was Great! I had a wonderful time with family. Of course, there was a variety of delicious, tempting food to eat. However, I chose moderate portions of certain food. I noticed that I couldn't finish all of my food because I was satisfied. The protein increase in my diet has curved my appetite. I am continuing my journey with Motivation, Determination, and Excitement! I am expecting to maintain a healthy lifestyle with nutritious eating habits by the end of my weight loss journey.

Today, my schedule was totally thrown off! I was very tired and needed to catch up on some much needed sleep! I did my Protein Shake for breakfast as usual, but, I did not take my tablets or Herbal Tea Concentrate. After drinking my shake, I fell asleep and did not wake up until 3:00 p.m. I ate a snack and took my tablets that I missed during breakfast. I had a late lunch and dinner. I had my second protein shake very late. I did not make it to the fitness center, however, I did workout in my living room to P90X.

My Weight Loss Journal: Day 3
Today was very difficult for me! I had many cravings that suddenly bombarded me. I found that I could not fight off all of these food desires. Therefore, I chose a snack that I truly LOVE, Peanut M&Ms! I did not get the Family Size Pack that I normally would; I downgraded to a single serving pack. This made me very HAPPY! In addition, I wanted fried chicken. Instead of going over board with eating many pieces, I just ate one piece. Hopefully, these choices will not have a negative impact on my weight loss goal!
